Over the years, Smokey Bear has been popular with the LoomisFamily.
Dad worked for the US forest service for most of his career and was involved in forest fire research. As kids, we enjoyed hearing Smokey Bear stories. Mom and dad both enjoyed the outdoors, and gave us an appreciation for nature conservation and stewardship. Our parents planted many trees! 😊
